If you are curious about what was honoured as the best multi-residential architecture in Australia, they were certainly not house-sized palatial “sky homes”.
They are pint-sized studio apartments, opposite Dulwich Hill Station in Sydney, and varying in size from 23 to 30 square metres.
Designed by Hill Thalis Architecture, these 35 apartments designed for Australex, a family of concreters, received the prestigious Frederick Romberg Award in 2020.
