This 7 level, 62 apartment development in Sydney’s Wiley Park, involves an element of affordable rental housing. This most recent of many projects delivered by Australex for this repeat client developer involves construction next to a school, railway and in a busy intersection where logistics and access are extremely challenging. Having purchased the DA approved development, and appointed us with the DA about to lapse, we worked diligently to progress and fast track the design to get the CC over the line, hence keeping the DA alive and saving the client from enormous expense and time.
